We are very excited about our custom couch! It would be nice to get regular updates on how things are progressing over the next 4+ weeks until it's delivered (i.e. 'your couch's frame has been assembled'... 'time to add fabric!'... 'stitching up all of the details'... etc). It was awesome to build something exactly to our needs, but I feel like the excitement stopped when we ended our interaction with the sales associate. Maybe automated, silly updates could keep the happy vibes going. Just a suggestion. Still a great experience either way.

Heather had the most pleasant personality and was engaged in the conversation the entire time. She was awesome and was more than happy to dig through different patterns for my fabric selections and it felt like hanging out with an artsy friend bouncing colors and patterns off of each other. I phoned the store after trying to get Guardian to take care of the problem to let you know I thought Guardin was a "rip off" and I would never purchase that again. The representative that returned my call was most helpful and said she would send a new pillow cover at no charge, which I appreciate.

Vinette Adams is awesome!! She offered many options for me to choose, but also provides candid feedback on choices made. The furniture I needed had to be dog friendly and she never lost site of that. I look forward to working with her on all my rooms...next up, the bedroom! Thankyou

I had contacted customer service due to a small dark stain on the seat cushion of my white chair a couple hours after delivery. I was able to get some of the spot out but not completely. The seat cushion had been flipped upside down but when I pulled it out and flipped it over I noticed the spot. This was after the delivery men had gone. I am hoping to have someone come out to see it they are able to get the stain out completely. I also later noticed a an area of about 2 inches on the arm where the fabric appears a bit discolored-I'm not sure what that is. No one has contacted me yet about coming out.
