Sarah B. at Raleigh store provides excellent customer service -- While I had opportunity to have another piece of furniture delivered these "guys" were grouchy, borderline rude and seemed to be hating their job -- UGH!

I have been working with Sarah in the Raleigh, NC store -- She is so pleasant, professional and efficient so the transaction(s) are easy and simple with absolutely no glitches -- Kuddos to her and Bassett for the exemplary products you offer (in both style AND quality!) ByTheWay, the White Glove delivery (Zenith) that is used has been just GREAT! No lengthy wait-all-day appointments and the guys just bring the furniture in, set it up and really want to make sure they have it right -- Thank you Bassett!

A piece of my furniture was delivered with a warped board. Bassett has done nothing to resolved the documented issue.

I ordered on line and didn't really talk to a sales person. I did respond to my confirmation email and never heard back. The drawers in my dresser stick - hopefully that will change after use. The furniture is beautiful, and very well made. I remain a fan of Bassett, knowing I will receive a quality product from your company.

More than satisfied with my sofa. Beautiful. Home delivery was on time, called before hand as promised. My only complaint was one of the delivery men broke a lamp that belonged to my late mother. It was not very valuable but was important to me. That distressed me a great deal. He didn't even pick up the broken pieces. He took a picture and that was it.

Bassett staff were incredible... Mine' at the Raleigh-Cameron Village location was very accommodating, thorough, and genuine (and her colleague Sarah was equally wonderful!). Unfortunately, the Zenith delivery company is the worst part of this whole experience, and it compromised the 100% satisfaction I have with the purchase. Grant (regional manager) was very attentive & supportive through the disastrous Zenith delivery experience, so that remedied it almost completely. I highly recommend looking into another delivery company, as Zenith has horrible communication, their drivers are idiots, and Darla (office) is rude. They delayed the delivery 3x (canceled once, delayed/canceled the 2nd time, and was 3hrs late on the 3rd delivery). Luckily, Grant was able to refund some of the $ and that (of course) made me happier, but I don't want this to happen to future customers. I'm very pleased with the quality of the furniture so far, and the local Cameron Village Bassett store is phenomenal!

Bassett Response:  
The first delivery was cancelled due to inclement weather. The second delivery was cancelled due to the delivery truck breaking down and the 3rd delivery was scheduled at 4:30 and the delivery didn't happen until 7:30. We have addressed these concerns with our delivery partner.

I had a spot on my chair which was noted and a technician called to arrange a visit to address the issue. I did not respond to the technician's voicemail within 24 hours and I recieved a very unprofessional (not using complete sentences in the message) and not customer friendly (scolded for not returnng two calls in less than 24 hours) email from Tonya Dunovant. While I assume the intention was good, the execution was poor. I had a negative customer experience and it damaged the brand in my eyes.

Designer was extremely helpful, spending many hours helping us choose the options that best suit our taste. The room is just about perfect with the new pieces in place. Our thanks to Elizabeth Martinez for making it a very positive shopping experience. One comment: Throw pillows for the sofas were overfilled for my preference. I took them to a local designer and had some of the fill removed to make them more useable and comfortable and to give the sofas a more casual, lived in look.

The sales designer Mine coached me in low-key knowledgeable way that resulted in excellent customer satisfaction. The home delivery personnel came on a day with snow on the ground and kept the furniture in perfect condition and placed each piece with expert care and precision. The quality of the furniture and fabric is exactly what I hoped for. Every aspect of your customer service was professional and excellent!
