We just LOVE our new Bench*Made dining room set. We've been looking for the perfect table for a long time, and when we saw this one at Bassett, we knew it was THE ONE!! The right amount of chic and casual. Dina at the Dulles, VA store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and the whole process of ordering exactly what we wanted. She also kept us up to date as to when we could expect our delivery. The delivery crew, I can't say enough about how friendly and punctual they were and how respectful they were of our new furniture. They wouldn't leave until I had inspected every piece, and was completely satisfied. Bravo Bassett, we will most definitely be doing business again with you!!!

Disappointed that there were strings hanging off off all three delivered items. One chair had ripples on the fabric on the back side - no high hopes these won't get worse. Generally three products looked good. Not sure the price tag is warranted.

Sales associate was helpful but not super friendly. Product quality great. This is my first purchase from bassett so will see how holds up. Delivery was a little annoying as my window was 8-10am and my doorbell rang at 7:10am....my family was still asleep and had to be awoken to move furniture. Delivery guys very polite & worked quickly. Did like other pieces in your showroom but not sure worth the price for some a bit high

Our first experience with Bassett was favorable. Sales rep was helpful and well versed in fabric options, furniture construction, and other useful information about our selection. Only issue was company's online credit card ordering system which would not allow for distinction between credit card billing address and home delivery address. This led to delivery center not having correct delivery address and manual change still made it confusing for the delivery truck personnel knowing where to make the final delivery. Delivery personnel were very quick and thorough, unwrapping the furniture and setting it up while removing all packing materials. Overall, a quality product and pleasant experience. Thank you!

Maggie, the salesperson, was helpful and knowledgeable about styles and fabrics. She was always pleasant and prompt in answering questions. The two delivery guys were professional and careful with the furniture and the walls. They set up our new sofa-sleeper and showed us how it worked. I highly recommend them all

Our sales representative (Soraya Tammadon) was fabulous! She really knew your products well, and was able to help us traverse the options and make a purchase in well under an hour. We liked her so much that we recently returned to make additional purchases. As for our first purchase, we love the table! Looking forward to a long relationship with Bassett!

Soraya is our decorator who helped us with decorating our new condo! She is amazing and we love our new furniture from Bassett! It's still a work in progress, with more Bassett shopping to come! Love the quality of Bassett's furniture, and also the artwork pieces throughout the store, of which we also purchased several! Then the drapery is simply beautiful too! We have spent a lot of money, but so worth every penny!

The customer service during the sale and delivery were great. Unfortunately there were many minor defects with the delivered product which is creating the need for a technician to come service the furniture. Scheduling that visit is a below average experience.

I really had a great experience at Basset until I talked to Walter at sterling location on the phone today. I called to inquire about my order and delivery date. He was so unprofessional and disrespectful. He Made me so upset that I would not recommend Basset to any of my friends.

My husband and I have purchased a lot from Bassett as we had moved and downsized our home into a new condo! We absolutely love everything about Bassett! The quality of the furniture, the exceptional sales consultant , Soraya Tamaddon, who has helped me through out the whole process of getting the "right look" for our new place! All the sales persons we have encountered at Bassett have been great! I have spread the word to other friends, who have also bought there furniture at Bassett! Even the window measurement person is very good at what he does too! I forget his name, but he is "French" in origin. The delivery persons as well were polite, and prompt! Love Bassett!

The furniture is beautiful and arrived in 38 days. My sales person, Kelley Cain in Sterling, VA was very helpful and made the experience fun. Our delivery men worked quickly and efficiently, using great care and asking us to direct exactly where and how we wanted the furniture placed. I am thrilled with my experience.

I arranged for the product to be picked up at a store. I received a phone call that my product was ready for pickup. I promptly went to the store and received my product and even asked if that was everything. I was assured it was but once I got home and began unpacking the item, I realized a major piece was missing. I called the store immediately, the person who assisted me was not available, and the person who answered verified my other pieces had not been properly marked / identified from their end. I then had to wait a week or so until I was able to pick up the remaining items. Poor customer service and attention to details.

I enjoyed the entire experience. Our decorator was fantastic and really listened to our wants, desires, and respected our budget. She kept us informed on sales that would help and came out after our furniture was delivered to make sure it was perfect. Delivery was a day late, but they were very respectful and thoughtful when they did arrive.

Our experience with Bassett has been very fulfilling. I really liked the various options you have. Cherry on the top was that we could customize the couch options - like the build, legs, cloth and most importantly the cushion firmness which what we wanted. I would definitely shop more and recommend Bassett to my friends and family.

I love the quality of your products, but the process of receiving our bed was really terrible and overly frustrating. We received the wrong bed (it was ordered incorrectly by the store), they immediately tried to fix it and told us a rush order would be placed. Six weeks later we finally got the bed. We were told 2-2.5wks. After 3 wks, I called weekly only to get no updates. No one new the status. It was really frustrating. They eventually credited back our delivery fee but the process was so terrible, I am extremely hesitant to ever buy something from Bassett again.

Deanna Nash did an excellent job showing me options without making me feel pressure. She even helped to get my 11 year old to select a more reasonable color for the furniture that will grow with him and remain a nice color. I changed my my mind a few days later about one of the pieces and spoke to a nice man on the phone and he adjusted my order without any major issue. It was a very pleasant interaction. Upon delivery I noticed the pulls weren't metal as they were originally ordered. Again I contacted the store. I received a very nice phone call and the issue was resolved quickly. The male even offered to drive the new pulls to me when they arrive. That's excellent customer service.

The buying process was perfect, but the delivery team did some damage to the furniture. This was most likely done getting it off the truck. Fortunately, I was able to correct the problems myself.

Everything went great. Sarah Lampazzi had just the right touch in answering our questions and helping us pick out fabric for our new sectional sofa. The 30 day delivery and style really clinched our decision. The scheduling worked great, and the delivery guys were great too, polite, quick and efficient!
