I called after placing the order and requested to have the items made in a different color. The items ordered are a standard style (Brewster) which I was told was one of your most popular lines, and it was ordered within one of your original colors offered (Fog). I requested the order to be switched to the other standard color (2 primary fabrics are offered and I wanted to change to Natural), and I was told that production had began and I was stuck with the items. Given its a standard style/pattern and a standard color, and the goods had not left the production facility, why couldn't that order have been switched to someone else and I received the color I wanted? I spoke with the sales rep, manager of the store, and the regional manager and none would do anything to assist. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will not buy from your stores again given this scenario, I felt it was a total lack of customer service. There is nothing custom about the order at all.

Customer requested to change the cover weeks after the initial order was placed. The item was already thru production as the customer initially requested.

Sales associate, Ashley, was great! Delivery great. Custom sectional sofa beautiful and good quality. TV console/stand very nice. Sofa bought on line is average and had indentions in fabric on one end of sofa where it had imprints from the interior wooden frame. Sofa must have rested on one end for awhile and the imprints on fabric aren't going away... I am going to ask if they could be steamed out or something.

Making of chair was finished , Earlier than promised which was a real bonus. Delivery was a breeze--the driver called the day before and told me when he expected to deliver. The morning of delivery, he called to tell me he was on his way and approximately how long it would take and was very prompt. Chair was beautiful!

Be more accurate and honest about the production and delivery times for ordering custom items. Reducing these times also. The delivery itself was fine by the carrier but the constant delays and confusion about where the items were and when they would be delivered was unacceptable. As was your delivery fee. Another company near you delivered a complete dining set for a third of what you charged.

Furniture quality was way below what I expected. If I could return it I would. I could have gone down the street to Rooms to Go and received far more comfortable sofa for same price or much less price. If I wanted this kind of poor comfort quality, I could have paid 1/3 the price anywhere. I realise we didn't buy the most expensive sofa Basett carries but I did pay $1700 for the sofa that was on sale and for 1699 + tax I should have been able to expect far better comfort quality.

Curt and Russell at the Greensboro store were so nice to work with. My daughter, a designer, had worked with them before I entered the picture to select items she thought I'd like. Deliver was on time; bringing the furniture inside was professionally handled by Tommy and Tom; placement was perfect under the direction of my daughter; the furniture itself is gorgeous and even more beautiful than I had thought it could be. I have not a single complaint, only accolades for all the ones who worked with/for me. Many thanks to all for a most pleasant experience. I'm sold on your personnel and products.

Very good Sales Associate( Candy Baker)& excellent follow up and communication during build period. One and only service call handled expediently by Steve Varga. So far very pleased with quality and comfort of product. Keep up the good job. Not many manufacturers left in the US so those of you who are left will be how the domestic industry is viewed. We ordered a dining table and 6 chairs. Our sales person forgot to include the table base in the order and the mistake was not caught until the delivery was already scheduled and the delivery company realized the base was missing. By the time the base was ordered it was on back order. The delivered the table, chairs, and a temporary base, but we still don't have the base we ordered.

Allison did a wonderful job helping me to get my dream carpet. She has followed up with me and scheduled a one-on-one consultation. She gave good inputs and valuable advice. Great experience from all aspects.Candy was a terrific salesperson and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. Although our furniture was slightly delayed due to a leather outage, we were able to get everything in six weeks. Having spent my entire career in the furniture industry, this was our first retail purchase since I retired two years ago. Bassett is producing some very nicr products today,and while we bought from their custom goods, I feel certain that the quality these itrms exhibit are indicative of Bassett's quality throughout their lineup. Curt was amazing! He was not pushy, very knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with. My husband and I could not have put our living room together the way he did. I have already recommended him as an individual and Bassett for their quality. Delivery got down to the wire for our time window but the guys did a good job.

Would have given sales higher but customer service dropped the ball on reporting my repair. Today a young man came made the repairs he was very professional. Love my furniture wish I couyget more and wish Basset was closer. I will be a repeat customer

The sales person made several errors including quoting me a wrong price. I spent nearly $10 k and she has never sent me a thank you note neither followed up with me about my purchase. Went I went back to the store she told me that I was sent $100 coupon, which I never received. She promised to call someone about it 10 days ago and would call me. I am still awaiting her call... I am very disappointed...wanted to buy more accessories but probably I won't because of this poor treatment.

The designer has followed up with the customer regarding their missing coupon. The customer has placed an additional order and the designer is working closely with the customer to keep them updated on their order.

Sales lady was great. Delivery guys were efficient and very helpful. No bad experiences. My entire house is Bassett for those very reasons!!

My furniture arrived damaged on 2/7/2017. Paid almost $6K so i expected good customer service. On 2/9/2017 I called the stores and also sent E-mail with photos. I was told that a repairman would could me on Monday 2/13/2017. No response at all for several days. I called again and was asked to send the photos again. On 2/16/2017 I had my first response. Was told that nothing was done until the 15th when I called the 2nd time. It will be two weeks before the parts arrive to fix my chair and then more time to schedule the repair person. The chair is laying on it's side in my dining room on a rug and everyone who comes in to my new home knows the chair was defective. Not happy.

I have been very pleased with Bassett, and love my new sofa. Curt Lanier was outstanding as our salesman. The sofa was missing the tacking around the front bottom, and we need to know when Bassett can come out to fix that. Thank you. Jan Gallimore

The only issue that I have with my last delivery was my single chair. The upholstery is not pulled tight on one side so there are wrinkles (it puckers) on the right hand side of my chair. I feel that as much as I paid for the chair they could have done a better job to make sure the material was smooth.

I was upset by the way the Financing Group handled my purchase. I was told I could finance less than half of my bill. Instead about two days before delivery, I received a telephone call with the statement "How are you going to pay the remainder of the purchase price?" I had not heard from Wells Fargo at that point. And, didn't heard from them until two days after the delivery. PK
