Our Commitment to Safety
We are grateful for our loyal customers, communities, and our Bassett family. We are committed to a safe path forward, and are listening carefully to adjust as needed. Our 118 years of experience have taught us we can navigate uncertain times – by being realistic yet optimistic, empathetic as we help each other find the way through each day, and supporting each other through this extraordinary time.
Delivery Safety
We are looking forward to delivering your custom Bassett Furniture order. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken extra safety measures to minimize risk to you and our delivery team.
Working together we can minimize the threat of COVID-19 and help prevent the spread of the virus. We hope you and your family enjoy your custom Bassett Furniture for years to come.
If you have any questions or concerns with your delivery or our safety protocol, please contact your local store.
Our delivery team will be wearing masks, disposable gloves and disposable shoe coverings at all times during your delivery.
We have directed our team to adhere to the social distancing recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
At all times possible, our team will remain at a 6 foot distance from you and minimize direct interaction.
We've implemented a contactless delivery confirmation process. Our team will print your name indicating your acceptance of delivery on a tablet rather than asking you to sign or touch the tablet.
Please keep the rooms in your home in which furniture will be placed well-ventilated. If possible, open doors and windows prior to and during delivery.
Limit the number of individuals in your home during delivery and the rooms in which furniture will be placed.
Wear a face covering during the time our team is at your home. The CDC has instructions on how to make your own cloth face covering here.
Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds before our team arrives and after we depart.
If you or anyone in your home is sick or have any of the following symptoms: fever, shortness of breath or cough, please let us know and we will reschedule your delivery.
