Bassett – Return and Cancellation Policy
Bassett does not accept cancellations on any custom ordered product after 24 hours of the order being placed. Bassett does not accept returns on any custom ordered product. For any non-custom items, Bassett will accept cancellation for a full refund if the item has not been shipped from the main distribution center. If the item has been shipped from the main distribution center, the following cancellation policy and procedures must be followed: all cancellations require a 15% re-stocking fee. This fee is 15% of the total sale price of the merchandise, excluding taxes. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Clearance and Flash Sale items cannot be cancelled. Clearance and Flash Sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Quantities are limited and no price adjustments will be made on prior sales.
