Bassett – Return and Cancellation Policy

CUSTOM FURNITURE: Bassett does not accept cancellations on any custom ordered product after 24 hours of the order being placed. Bassett does not accept returns on any custom ordered product.

NON-CUSTOM FURNITURE + RUGS:  Bassett will accept cancellation for a full refund if the non-custom item has not been shipped from the main distribution center. If the item has been shipped from the main distribution center, any cancellations will require a 15% re-stocking fee. This fee is 15% of the total sale price of the merchandise, excluding taxes. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

STOCKED NON-FURNITURE ITEMS - We accept returns for non-Furniture Items within 30 days, with proof of purchase.

Some states have laws which differ from the above policies, please see your local Bassett store / retailer for details.

Clearance and Flash Sale items cannot be cancelled. Clearance and Flash Sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Quantities are limited and no price adjustments will be made on prior sales.

Online Accessory Returns:
For online accessory orders only, please fill out the following form to request return of your piece, within 30 days of your order. (Want to go to your local Bassett?  We’ll take your online accessory return there too!)
